 A WORD ABOUT OUR FIRM:
We are a general practice law firm with two full time attorneys. Although our attorneys emphasize Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Law, Debtor-Creditor Law and Real Estate/Probate Law, we can handle many of the types of legal work which you, your family or business may require. Our attorneys have been active in litigation for as many as thirty-one years, with trial experience throughout the area. We take great pride in our lawyers, legal secretaries and staff members. Each lawyer is experienced and knowledgeable in one or more fields. This special knowledge allows us to provide what we believe are superior legal services in a number of fields of law. We can trace our "roots"; back to 1952 when Dann Greenwood's father, L.E. "Larry" Greenwood, came to Dickinson with the area's first "oil boom." During 39 years of practice, L.E. Greenwood developed a reputation in Southwestern North Dakota as a "first rate" trial lawyer with unquestionable integrity who always put his client's interests first; and he demanded the same of those with whom he practiced. We have patterned our practice after those same principles. Dann Greenwood and Gary Ramsey had the opportunity to work with Larry Greenwood for 13 & 6 years respectively before his death in 1991.
